AHAVA North America, a leading skincare company, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, multitasker to fill the Customer Service Associate position at our corporate office in New York City. If you have solid customer service skills, excellent problem solving ability and possess a "can do" attitude, then we want to speak with you!
Key Responsibilities Include: customer service for accounts and direct consumers, liaison for our sales representatives, responding to internet/email customer inquiries, order processing and coordination with the Finance and Warehouse teams. Accurate record keeping is essential.
Qualifications:

Requirements:
